Cairo is an infamous shapeshifter that is a master thief. His normal
form is a black raven. He usually follows pirate ships, waiting for them to steal a lot of gold, and then has his friend,
the sirens, to lure the pirates to their deaths; afterwhich he takes their booty. Cairo prefers working alone but will sometimes
make a deal, depending upon how generous it is. He can steal absolutely anything, and always keeps his word, so if you make
a deal with him you are sure to turn out happy.
